BEACH

Our beach is a 1 acre large swimming area with fresh well water pumped into it daily. The water is cold and refreshing. Located on our sandy beach is also a volleyball net for all to enjoy. See below for beach hours, rates and rules.

Spring Beach Hours: (April 13 - May 23)

  • Friday 3:30 - 7:00pm

  • Saturday 10:00am - 7:00pm

  • Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm

 

Summer Beach Hours: (May 24 - August 9)

  • Friday - Saturday 10:00am - 7:00pm

  • Sunday - Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm

 

Back to School Beach Hours: (August 10 - September 29)

  • Saturday 10:00am - 7:00pm

  • Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm

  • Closed on weekdays 

  • (September: Beach is only open on Saturday with the exception of Labor Day weekend)

 

Beach Rates

RV Campers are issued up to 4 arm bands during time of stay, there is an extra $5/day fee for each additional camper for Park access (total occupancy of 6 persons or a 1 single unit family with children under 18 years of age).

Camper Guest(s) $10/person/day (all guests must purchase a wristband to be on park grounds).

 

Tent Campers check us out during the fall and winter.  Sorry, no tent camping allowed during the summer.  

 

Life Vest rentals $5/day

 

Day Pass

NOTE: We no longer offer dayuse passes on Saturday and holidays when the campground is full.

  • Weekend (Sunday) $10/person

  • Weekday (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) $8/person

  • $6 Tuesday (Tuesday Only)

  • 3 & under FREE

 

Note: Fishermen must purchase a day pass armband.

 

BEACH & RECREATIONAL AREA RULES:

 

NOTE: Due to the high volume of guests visiting, we are  unable to offer dayuse passes on Saturdays and holidays when the campground is full. The beach and park grounds will only be available to RV and Cottage campers and their invited guests.

Food and drink purchases can be made at our concession stand or Tiki Hut. Please no outside food or drinks.

 

We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone into our park/beach area.

When we deem it unsafe to our guests due to the amount of people on the beach, we will no longer issue any additional dayuse wristbands. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Swim at your own risk

Our Recreational area consist of the beach, swimming basin, and area surrounding them.

  • Children 12 and under must have an adult accompany and directly supervise them while in the recreational area.

  • All weak swimmers must wear a life jacket.

  • We have a smoking / vaping section on the beach, smoking and vaping are prohibited in all other areas. 

  • Our recreational area is for registered guests and registered visitors only. No exceptions.

  • Diving in the swimming basin is prohibited.

  • Running, horseplay, or foul language in the recreational area is prohibited. Please keep conduct is a manner suitable for a family environment.

  • Do not hold on to or play with flotation divider in the swimming basin.

  • Swim suits only; no cutoffs, or street clothes in the swimming basin.

  • Food and drinks may be purchases at our concession stand or Tiki Hut.  No outside food or drinks allowed and no eating and drinking while in the water. Pets and glass containers are not allowed any where in the recreational area.

  • No cooking or bar-b-que pits allowed in the picnic area or on the beach.

  • Ice chests should be left at your RV site of cottage.   

  • Swimmers who need diapers must use diapers designed for pool use. Diapers must be changed in designated changing area or restroom.

  • Restrooms are nearby, please use these and not the swimming basin to relieve yourself.

  • Dispose of all trash in designated receptacles.

  • Headphones must be worn when listening to personal music or entertainment devices.

  • Return all rentals to appropriate location before beach, swimming basin and recreation area closes.

  • Our team members have the right to remove anyone from the recreational area who is disobeying and any park and/or beach rules. No refunds will be made in such cases.

  • Lakeview Park LLC, reserves the right to refuse admittance into our recreational area when the capacity of the swimming basin has been reached when otherwise deemed best for the recreational use of all patrons.

 

 

PARK RULES:

In order to maintain our high standards and to continue the reputation that has made Lakeview Park & Beach a pleasant place to stay, the following rules and regulations will be enforced.

  • The use of all recreational facilities shall at all times be governed by Lakeview Policy provided to each guest upon request.  All guest and their visitors use the facilities and premises at their own risk and liability.

  • Total occupancy by guest is limited to not more than 6 persons per RV or a 1 single unit family with children under 18 years of ageOnly one trailer or recreational vehicle unit per site lot.  Visitors must check in at office and purchase a visitor wristband.  Visitors are expected to comply with all park and beach rules.

  • The following are strictly prohibited: Firearms, fireworks and weapons of any kind.

  • In order to preserve the residential character, no business, trade or profession of any type whatsoever shall be conducted from within any lot in the park (other than occupied by the park owner) without the prior written consent of the management.

  • Quiet Hours are 10:30pm to 7:00am (please respect your neighbor)

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.  Parents are responsible for their children's safety and behavior and are reliable for their actions.  Children and teenagers should be at your site during quiet hours.

  • Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time and must be leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for picking up their pet(s) waste.  Noisy or aggressive pets will not be permitted to remain on property. 

  • The speed limit is 5 miles per hour and is strictly enforced. 

  • Washing vehicles or campers on the property is prohibited.  Vehicle repairs and / or maintenance are prohibited on the property.  There is space available for parking one or two vehicles.  Park only on gravel in your lot.  If additional parking is necessary, please consult with the office. There will be no major repairs done on vehicles.  Boats may not be kept on the premises.

  • Sites must be kept neat and clean at all times and never used as a storage area.  Only plants and outdoor furniture are permitted.  The site and other areas reserved for your private use must be kept clean.

  • Smoking is not allowed in any interior common area, including the laundry room.  Tossing cigarette or cigar butts on the ground is prohibited.

  • No swimming or boating is allowed in / on the lake. You may rent a canoe in our office. Nothing shall be thrown into the lake.

  • Laundry machines and appliances are used at guest's risk.  Instructions must be followed.  Clean out filters in washing machines before each load. Only low suds detergents are to be used in clothes washers.

  • No open fires.  Fires must be contained in personal grills.  No fires can be left unattended.  Extinguish all fires before retiring for the night or leaving the area.

  • Loss or damage: Lakeview Park tries to operate a safe environment, but we are not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause.  Members will use all facilities at their own risk. 

  • Clotheslines are not permitted.  Washers and dryers are provided for your convenience.

 

NOTE: Lakeview Park & Beach is not liable for any bodily injuries or property damages caused by natural disasters, such as wind, snow, ice, hail, rain or vegetation. 

 

NOTICE: This property is privately owned.  The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
