About Us

Lakeview Park is located 3 miles North of Eunice, Louisiana on Hwy 13. Our campground features a large selection of traditional as well as high tech amenities to make your stay more enjoyable.

There are 95 full hook-up, big rig friendly RV sites and 4 Cottages located on the 42 acre park.  The RV sites are predominately pull thrus with some back in sites.  Enjoy large green spaces between each site that average 20 feet apart.  Mature trees canopy over a large portion of the park that provides ample shade.  The sites also include FREE Cable and WiFi!  Available in the near future are: 2 - one bedroom and 2 - two bedroom (handicap friendly), fully operated Cottages. Located inside each are a full kitchen, sink, stove, microwave and refrigerator; living room with a fold out bed, restroom, and bedroom(s).  More information on this will be available soon.

Lakeview's Welcome Center is located on the right as you enter the park. This is where you check-in and out, find your basic camping items and goods, and visit with your host(s).  Also located in the rear is our Theater where you can view cultural documentaries, sporting games, and movies.

Upcoming Events

Saturday, February 6th - Come help us kick off Mardi Gras week with an old fashioned barn dance featuring Steve Riley and the Mamou Play Boys! The dance will be from 9:00p.m. - 12:00a.m. with a $10 cover. All campers get into the dance for half price! No outside drinks.

Saturday, February 13th - Barn Dance with The Red Stick Ramblers from 8:00p.m. - 12:00a.m.! $10 cover at the door and all campers get into the show for half price! No outside drinks.

Sunday, February 14th - The L'Anse Maigre Mardi Gras run will Start and end at the park. The Mardi Gras will return to the park barn around 4:00p.m. for a warm bowl of gumbo and a traditional barn dance!

Monday, February 15th (Lundi Gras)- Come join the Lakeview Crew for a traditional boucherie! The boucherie will begin around 8:00a.m. with the butchering of the pig and carry on into the day with dishes from boudin, cracklins, backbone stew, bar-be-que, and hog head cheese being prepared. A stage will be set up in the barn for an open jam session during the day, so bring your instruments! Following the boucherie will be a double booked barn dance featuring The Pine Leaf Boys and Horace Trahan. There will be a $10 cover for the dance with half price tickets for all campers! No outside drinks.

Tuesday, February 16th (Mardi Gras) - The park office will be closed Mardi Gras day. But be sure to check out the Eunice Mardi Run which will be passing through downtown Eunice around 3:00p.m.! For infomation, check out Eunice, Louisiana's website.
