RV SITES

There are 95 full hook-up (water, sewer and electric), big rig friendly RV sites located on the 42 acre park. The RV sites are predominately pull thrus with some back in sites.  Enjoy large green spaces between each site that average 20 feet apart.  Mature trees canopy over a large portion of the park that provides ample shade.  The sites also include FREE local channels and complimentary WiFi.

RATES:

Rates include 4 people; there is an extra $5/day fee for each additional camper during the high season and a $3/day fee (when there are no events) for each additional camper during the low season, up to 6 people.  Any additional person(s) will be charged our regular day use rate. There is a  2 Night Min. on weekends for reserved sites, walk-ins can enjoy a one night stay based upon availability.

RV CANCELLATION POLICY (Non-Holiday): There is a 1 night non-refundable deposit charged for every reservation. If you cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your arrival date, you may transfer your deposit to a later date (limited to 1 transfer).  If your reservation is not cancelled 48 hours prior to your arrival date, you will lose the 1 night deposit. Failure to cancel a confirmed reservation will incur the total amount of the reservation. See "Additional Notes" below for more information. 


RV CANCELLATION POLICY (Holiday / Special Events): There will be an automatic one night charge at the time of reservation which is non-refundable and non-transferable. In order not to receive a 2nd night charge, your reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to your reservation.  Failure to cancel a confirmed reservation will incur the total amount of the reservation. MARDI GRAS CANCELLATION POLICY:
-One night will be charged at time of reservation
-One night will be charged on all reserved sites one month prior to Mardi Gras
-Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to Mardi Gras will be charged an additional night
-Cancellations made 7 days before your check-in date will be charged your entire stay
-All charges are non-refundable and non-transferable

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Early departures, for any reason, are not eligible for refunds.
- In the event of any kind of mandatory evacuation for a hurricane or any other natural disaster, camping credit vouchers will be issued, no refunds.
- Request for special refunds or credits must be made in writing providing full proof of emergency circumstances claimed.

 

Although we make every attempt to hold specific site numbers for our customers, we cannot always guarantee that those spaces will be available upon check-in.  If the site you requested is not available, we will make every attempt to find you a site of equal appearance and location. 

 

 

PARK RULES:

In order to maintain our high standards and to continue the reputation that has made Lakeview Park & Beach a pleasant place to stay, the following rules and regulations will be enforced.

​NOTE: Rates, seasons, holidays, rules, and policies are subject to change without notice.

  • The use of all recreational facilities shall at all times be governed by Lakeview Policy provided to each guest upon request.  All guest and their visitors use the facilities and premises at their own risk and liability.

  • Total occupancy by guest is limited to not more than 6 persons per RV.  Only one trailer or recreational vehicle unit per site lot.  Visitor occupancy is limited to two (2) guest per RV at any one time.  Visitors are expected to comply with all park rules.

  • Excessive noise, nuisance, public intoxication, illegal drug use (sale or exchange), nudity, foul or offensive language, explosives, fireworks and firearms are not permitted at anytime.

  • In order to preserve the residential character, no business, trade or profession of any type whatsoever shall be conducted from within any lot in the park ( other than occupied by the park owner) without the prior written consent of the management.

  • Quiet Hours are 10:30pm to 7:00am (please respect your neighbor). NOTE: Friday night special events may take place in our barn, and every Saturday night in the Spring and Fall, there is a barn dance.  These events extend past our quiet hours until 12:00am. Pay special attention to your RV site location in regard to our Barn. Please request a different RV site if this may cause you discomfort.  We will assist you as best as possible depending on availability.   

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.  Parents are responsible for their children's safety and behavior and are reliable for their actions.  Children and teenagers should be at your site during quiet hours.

  • Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time and must be leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for picking up their pet(s) waste.  Noisy or aggressive pets will not be permitted to remain on property. 

  • The speed limit is 5 miles per hour and is strictly enforced. 

  • Washing vehicles or campers on the property is prohibited.  Vehicle repairs and / or maintenance are prohibited on the property.  There is space available for parking one or two vehicles.  Park only on gravel in your lot.  There will be no major repairs done on vehicles.  Boats may not be kept on the premises.

  • Sites must be kept neat and clean at all times and never used as a storage area.  Only plants and outdoor furniture are permitted.  The site and other areas reserved for your private use must be kept clean.

  • Smoking is not allowed in any interior common area, including the laundry room.  Tossing cigarette or cigar butts on the ground is prohibited.

  • No swimming or boating is allowed in / on the lake. You may rent a canoe in our office. Nothing shall be thrown into the lake.

  • Laundry machines and appliances are used at guest's risk.  Instructions must be followed.  Clean out filters in washing machines before each load. Only low suds detergents are to be used in clothes washers.

  • Fires are allowed in your RV site using the provided fire rings only.  Fire rings are not to be moved, and no fires can be left unattended.  Extinguish all fires before retiring for the night or leaving the area.

  • Loss or damage: Lakeview Park tries to operate a safe environment, but we are not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause.  Members will use all facilities at their own risk. 

  • Clotheslines are not permitted.  Washers and dryers are provided for your convenience.

NOTE: Lakeview Park & Beach is not liable for any bodily injuries or property damages caused by natural disasters, such as wind, snow, ice, hail, rain or vegetation. 

 

NOTICE: This property is privately owned.  The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
